Intro to Yoga Series Session 1 Recap
It was a pleasure to spend time with you all this afternoon - whether we were meeting each other for the first time or getting to know each other beyond me teaching at the front of the room.
As promised, here are some follow up resources for you. Feel free to save this email and keep it for the future - or reply to it with any additional questions, comments, or curiosities you have.
Watch the brief welcome/follow-up video below for some additional comments about the resources in this email.
See you next Sunday at 12pm!

Just Getting Started? What Classes to Take?
If you're brand new to yoga, I recommend checking out our Warm Super Stretch classes at M3. You can find our schedule here.
- Mondays 6:00pm with me (Kate)
- Thursdays 8:00pm with Kalen
- Saturdays 8:00am with Elliott
- Sundays 12:00pm with Kurt (these resume when our Intro Series is over)
You'll also find our Hatha classes are slower in pace (compared to other classes) and focus on alignment and activation. (You felt some activation today with some of my touch point assists.) We offer many Warm Hatha classes. Check our schedule for daily classes, but I'd highly recommend:
- Tuesdays 8:00am with Sydney
- Wednesdays 10:00am with me (Kate)
- Thursdays 12:00pm with Chloe
- Saturdays 10:00am with Allison
Online Resources
Your membership includes access to our M3 Online Library. I recommend checking out the following classes. The password to our M3 Online library is: bolster
- Beginner Hatha: Triangle w/ Kate (24 min) - We came into triangle today. This class will show you lots of preparatory shapes and help you get into triangle a bit deeper.
- Go To Hatha w/ Kate (34 min) - This is a great, basic practice. It's my "go to" practice. If I had 30 minutes on my mat, I'd probably be doing this class. We come into several of the shapes we explored in Session 1.
- Full Spectrum Hatha w/ Kate (36 min) - "Full spectrum" just means you get a little bit of everthings. Standing shapes, seated shapes, back bends, twists, balancing postures, etc.
- Strong Hatha w/ Kate (30 min) - Strong doesn't mean "advanced", it just means that I'm cueing you to activate and generate heat in some shapes. If you're looking to get stronger, you might enjoy this paractice.
If you're looking for stretch and mobility classes, here are some I would recommend:
