Here's the 30 hour break down.
- Independent self-study (12 hours) - Begin and complete on your own time. I have online materials to guide you.
- In-person weekend (12 hours) - Hands on experiences, guided practices, self inquiry, and discussion
- 1:1 mentoring (6 hours) - Apply these ideas to your teaching + two 1:1 Zoom calls with me
This course offers 30 Yoga Alliance approved CEUs upon completion.

- Finding our essential breath >> Tapping into our essence through stillness, movement, and awareness
- Anatomy of the breath >> Accessing the dance of the pelvic and respiratory diaphragms, breath retentions, and more
- Common breathing patterns >> Exploring how they feel in your body, others' bodies, and how they show up in a class or private practice
- Teaching methodologies >> Attuning to our students and clients and letting the breath guide our teaching and cueing
